MEET CHARLOTTE
“I’ve always felt like God was calling me back to him, but I was so resistant. Even though I felt like I was missing something, I wanted to do things on my own, in my way, in my time. But I still felt lost. I made every excuse not to go to church in-person, but online, I had no more excuses. So I decided to watch Epic Online and give it a go.”
EVERYTHING DIGITAL
This was a big year for online connection! We worked hard to increase our digital footprint throughout the year and especially when the pandemic hit - we pivoted everything online very quickly. And we mean everything!
-

In less than 2 weeks we created the online.epic.church website which provided ways for people Get Help and Give Help, along with how to watch, connect, and serve online.
-
We launched Epic Online to provide Sunday services in a creative and digital first way.
-
All of our Life Groups became digital groups.
-
Epic Kids began providing digital content for both kids and parents.
-
We created brand new Facebook Groups to sustain and develop digital community.
-
We created a Facebook Messenger bot combined with a Facebook Ad offering prayer to anyone in Philly, which resulted in ____ views, hundreds and hundreds of comments, and so far we were able to personally pray with _____ people through Facebook Messenger
-
-
And then throughout the rest of the year, we enlarged our digital footprint by creating and launching recurring shows like: Get Growing, Leadership Lean In, and Happy Hour. We focused on our Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube platforms - seeing skyrocketing engagement across the board.
